Welcome to RidePDI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our pre-delivery inspection services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RidePDI provides comprehensive pre-delivery inspection (PDI) services for new vehicles, including:
To book an inspection, you must provide accurate vehicle and contact information. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by RidePDI.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments through our secure payment gateway. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Inspection fees vary based on vehicle type, location, and service package. Current pricing will be displayed at the time of booking. RidePDI reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
Inspections are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will coordinate with you and the dealership to arrange a suitable time.
You must ensure that our inspector has full access to the vehicle for the duration of the inspection. This includes access to all vehicle systems, documentation, and the ability to conduct a road test if applicable.
A standard 280-point inspection typically takes 2-4 hours, depending on vehicle complexity and findings.
Inspection reports will be delivered digitally within 24-48 hours of inspection completion. Reports include detailed findings, scoring, photographs, and recommendations.
While we strive for complete accuracy, our reports represent the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. RidePDI is not responsible for issues that develop after the inspection or were not detectable during the inspection process.
Reports are provided for your personal use in making an informed purchase decision. You may share the report with relevant parties (dealership, manufacturer) but may not reproduce or distribute it commercially.
You may cancel or reschedule your inspection up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule inspections due to unforeseen circumstances, including inspector unavailability, weather conditions, or access issues. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Our inspection service is a visual and diagnostic assessment. We do not disassemble vehicle components or perform destructive testing. Some defects may not be detectable through our inspection process.
RidePDI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from our services or reports.
Our inspection and report do not constitute a recommendation to purchase or reject a vehicle. The final purchase decision rests solely with you.
All content on our website and in our reports, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RidePDI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings.
